For as long as the license/subscription is active.

The data is wholly owned by the native user and the organisation. We are presenting the app as a tool to enable personal/private cloud storage.

How do I install the application?

A

To install the application, you need to visit the website and download the executable file, or you will receive a
link through an e-mail from the person who want to share a session with you. Upon downloading the EXE file on
your local computer, you will be able to follow the instructions towards installation.

What are the system requirements?

A

The Edgepoint Software app is currently available for Windows operating system. The requirements for your
system is just Windows 7, windows 8, Windows 8.1,Windows 10 and 11

How do I activate my license?

A

Upon activating your account as a demo user, you will be prompted to select your license (pay-per-user) account
option.

What are the main features?

A

The main features of Edgepoint Software app are Save the session, save and close share a session, open or launch a session, share a session with another user. You can open information from a save session from any computer or
device that has the Edgepoint Software app installed on it.

How do I share a saved session to my business
associates?

A

You will need to open the Edgepoint app, then enter the e-mail address of the user that you want to share the
session with. Thereafter you will need to select one of your saved sessions. This will be followed by an audit process whereby you will select the actual applications or windows that you wish to share.

How can my colleague access the saved session I
have shared?

A

The other user will receive a notification that a new session has been shared with them. They will then either
open the app and access the shared session content, or if they are unregistered, they will receive an email that
prompts them to download and install the Edgepoint app before they could access the shared session content.

Will my data be preserved during an upgrade?

A

Yes, both your data and login credentials will be preserved after you installed an upgraded version.
